A sensible amount of stress is good for you – it motivates you to get things done!  Too much stress, though, and it’s a health hazard… I’m sure that’s one of the reasons I became ill with an auto-immune disease.

Despite leading a healthy lifestyle – sensible eating and drinking, exercising regularly, I know I always found it difficult to “switch off” from work mode and really relax.  So, when several stress factors came together one autumn, what happened? I became ill, which was a real shock.

It was brought under control by my medical team, who were great, and I was able to continue my life. But really, just the symptoms were suppressed. My life became a roller coaster of remission and flare ups.

It wasn’t until I had a really bad experience that I found the key to better health – Reiki, followed by discovering EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). Both are energy therapies which I – and many others- have found enable the body and soul to accelerate the natural healing within us and rebalance our lives.

I am now feeling so much better, in remission, and altogether happier and calmer. And I’d love to help you change your life for the better…..
